Notice is hereby given that all of the following described tracts of land and City and Village lots situated in Rusk County, State of Wisconsin, were sold by the County Treasurer of said County, on the 19th day of October, 1948, for the delinquent taxes of 1942 and remain unredeemed at the office of the County Treasurer of said County.

Now, therefore, unless the taxes, interest and charges shall be paid at the office of the County  Treasurer of said County on or before the 19th day of October 1948 A.D., the same will be conveyed to the purchaser thereof pursuant to the statutes in such case made and provided.

Given under my hand and official seal at the office of the County Treasurer in the City of Ladysmith, of said County and State, this 15th day of January A.D. 1948.
