Died at Pt. Pleasant, Mason County, West Virginia on June 14, 1873 - Mr. Charles E. Franklin in 34th year of his age; born in Parkersburg, West Virginia.....On 14th 1864 united in marriage to Miss Mary Grice of Mason County... died of typhoid fever... left youthful widow and two orphan boys.
